Q. WHAT IS the difference between CONTRACT FILLING & contract Manufacturing?

Contract filling is a service. Customers send in their custom components and we fill them with either their bulk material or our off the shelf formulas. 

Q. DO YOU OFFER LABELING, ASSEMBLY AND PACKAGING SERVICES?

Yes, CCG is able to accommodate a wide spectrum of components and materials. We can handle your process from start to finish!

Q. IS THERE A MINIMUM FOR CONTRACT FILLING?

Short answer is NO. We will take on jobs as small as 50 pieces to jobs as large as 25,000 pieces. Pricing will vary depending on quantities, component type and material.

Q. What types of products and materials are you able to fill?

We can fill very viscous to very thin materials in all types of containers. Our facility also offers powder pressing and lipstick moulding capabilities.

Our plant is equipped with:

• Six filling lines with room for expansion if needed.

• Three automatic piston mechanic filling machines

• Five employee operated single fillers for short run.

• Two hot pour dosing machines

• Labor force of 35+ employees
